At Group 1, we believe that comprehensive, easy-to-use documentation is an integral part of any software solution. Group 1's documentation is written to get the new user up and running while offering valuable reference material to the experienced user.
About Our Publications
Regardless of your experience, Group 1 provides documentation designed to show both basic and advanced product uses so you receive the greatest benefit from your system. Our reference and user's guides, installation instructions, quick reference guides, and online help systems answer your questions about product features and uses.
Online Documentation
Most Group 1 documentation is available online in the Documentation area of the Group 1 Support Site. The Document LiveSearch feature allows you to quickly locate and retrieve any document in our extensive online library. Please refer to the Internet Support - Documentation section for further information on navigational aids that will help you locate what you need online.
Participating in Documentation Review/Evaluation

Purchasing Documentation
User’s Guides are available on CD, and you may purchase printed copies of product documentation. Simply complete a Documentation Order Form, including the method of payment and shipping. You can pay by check; or, if you prefer to issue a purchase order, Group 1 can bill you. Your third payment option is to use a corporate credit card.
