Group 1 recently updated the Support Site Walkthrough, a free and instructive way to help you become acquainted with the ins and outs of the Support site. The Support site is your online portal to an array of Technical Services Department offerings, including: eService, product documentation, Special Request Downloads, the Online Discussion Forums, distributed communications, and the Solutions Knowledge Base. The Support site is extensive; unguided, it could take a while to discover all it has to offer. By highlighting and expanding upon essential areas, the Walkthrough accelerates this process, enabling you to get more from the Support site now. The Walkthrough provides a comprehensive tour, illustrated with numerous screen shots of important pages. Instructions on accessing various tools and a few helpful tips are supplied along the way.
