There are no Pending Product Update Announcements at this time.
Every day Group 1 is working to improve our documents, to make them as clear, comprehensive, and accessible as possible. Recently, we began delivering electronic documentation to our customers. This format offers several user-friendly options:
- Bookmarks – You can create bookmarks in the document so you can find important information faster.
- Search – You can search the document for a specific word or phrase.
- Read Out Loud – You can listen to the document through your computer speakers. Note: You must have speakers or headphones connected to your computer in order to enable this option.
Our guides, which are delivered in Portable Document Format (PDF), are easy to navigate. Users who prefer hard copy may print selected pages or entire books at their discretion; however, no printing method is perfect, and sometimes problems arise when dealing with PDFs. Here are several tips to help overcome most printing problems:
Following these guidelines will solve most PDF printing difficulties. If you are still having trouble printing PDFs, you can consult the extensive troubleshooting resources that are available to you on the Adobe Web site, http://www.adobe.com.

The USPS has released the following statement concerning changes of address for those affected by Hurricane Katrina:
Please be advised the Postal Service will release all change of address (COA) information filed as Permanent orders from customers moving from addresses within Hurricane Katrina-affected areas once we are assured that all appropriate security procedures have been completed. This information will be released to the NCOALink Product and other USPS address correction systems, (for example FASTforward, Address Change Service (ACS), etc.) You can expect to start seeing the Hurricane Katrina permanent COA information in the NCOALink product release scheduled for September 26th. The USPS continues to make a substantial effort to get advisories out to Hurricane Katrina-affected customers to file a change of address.
