Group 1 would like to remind all CODE-1 Plus users that as of September 17, 2004, CODE-1 Plus version 2.5.1 and version 2.6.0 will no longer produce a valid CASS form PS-3553. In order to produce a valid CASS form PS-3553 that reflects CASS Cycle I, all CODE-1 Plus customers must have installed and be running CODE-1 Plus version 2.7.0 by September 18, 2004.

In addition to upgrading your CODE-1 Plus software to version 2.7.0, Windows and UNIX customers must also install version 3.5.1 of Dispatcher4. Because of changes to the database format for version 2.7.0, databases provided for this release are not backward compatible with previous releases. CODE-1 Plus version 2.7.0, and Dispatcher4 version 3.5.1 are available on the Group 1 Support site at http://www.g1.com/Support/dspavlrel.asp. The US Postal Database for version 2.7.0 is also available on the Group 1 Support site at http://www.g1.com/Support/dspavldb.asp.

For more information concerning version 2.7.0 of CODE-1 Plus, please refer to the Technical Notes also located on the Group 1 Support site, http://www.g1.com/Support/dspavldocs_cat.asp?Category=Technical+Product+Info.
