In our continuing effort to provide you with the latest, most accurate product information, the Enterprise Solutions Division of Group 1 will begin shipping product user manuals on CD with new releases. The manuals will be in the familiar PDF format, with the added advantage of easy-to-navigate hyperlinks, bookmarks, and cross-references that make product information more accessible. By having your manuals on CD, you can easily share the manuals on a company intranet, print only the pages you need, or print multiple copies for multiple users at no additional cost. As with all manuals available on the Group 1 Web site (www.g1.com), you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the PDF files. If you do not have a copy of Acrobat Reader, you can download the latest version at no charge from http://www.adobe.com.

The manuals are still in the same multiple-volume format, which usually includes a Getting Started guide, a Working With guide, and a Reference guide. For those customers who prefer hard-copy user manuals, we offer the option of purchasing spiral-bound printed books. To order, log in to the Support area of the Group 1 Web site and click on Group 1 Forms. Download the Documentation Order Form, list the manuals needed, and fax the form to 301-683-6800.

The Group 1 Software Documentation Department welcomes any comments or suggestions you may have about our online user guide format. Please e-mail your comments to documentation@g1.com.
