Update Your Contact Mailing Address Online

It was previously announced that you, our customer, could update your email address, phone and fax numbers for your contact records. In addition to this announcement, quick links were provided for submitting requests to update additional information.

Group 1 is pleased to announce that updating your address data is now fully accessible online! Simply log in to the Group 1 Support Web site at http://www.g1.com/support/, and follow the directions below:

1. Select Update Contact Info from the navigation menu and view your contact details.



2. Under "Contact Details," click on Edit My Personal Profile.



3. Address changes are managed at the company level, so select Contact Address Administration on the left and you can view a list of all addresses that are associated with your account.
   
   To select an address that is already listed, complete steps 4 and 5. To create a new address, skip steps 4 and 5 and complete steps 6 through 8.



4. To select one that is already in the list, click on the left arrow beside the correct address in order to select the record.



5. Place a check mark in the check box that appears, and then click Save.



6. To create a new address, select New.



7. Enter in the new address information and place a check mark in the Primary User check box.



8. Click Save. Your new address should now be the only address checked as the "primary" address.

If there are other changes you would like to request, you may submit a service request and tell us what you need changed. You will also be able to see the status of these service requests online. The Update Contact Info page will display once every 90 days as a reminder to keep your data current.

Upgrade to AutoDelivery 1.0.1!

AutoDelivery has upgraded from version 1.0.0 to 1.0.1, with the following:

• Updated the Proxy functionality
• Updated Proxy settings
• Updated the Database configuration screen
• Enhanced the Proxy screen so that it will prompt the user to save changes when exiting the screen.
• Enhanced Proxy configuration by adding a "Test Proxy" button to allow Proxy settings to be verified.
• Enhanced the Registration screen to more completely display registration errors.

AutoDelivery works with all databases available for Internet delivery and will "check in" daily to see if there is a more current version of the database available. If there is a newer version available, it will automatically initiate a download. Typically, you will have the files on the same day as they become available. AutoDelivery only automates the delivery of the databases. It does not automatically install the data.

AutoDelivery is a Windows-only application. While the AutoDelivery application itself is Windows-only, it can be configured to download all ASCII and EBCDIC files that are available for delivery from our Support site on all platforms. AutoDelivery will only allow you to download files for which you are listed as the product owner and have current maintenance. It also only operates with the 2.0 version of the .net framework, NOT with .net versions 1.0 and 1.1.

After two successful downloads, AutoDelivery will prompt you and give you the option to no longer receive physical media. With the use of AutoDelivery less tapes, CDs, DVDs, etc. are shipped, which means less disposal for you, our customers.

Note: It is important that all Beta customers must upgrade from AutoDelivery version 1.0.0 to version 1.0.1.

In this course, you will learn advanced topics in the StreamWeaver environment.

Duration: 1.5 days

Prerequisite for this class: Attendance of the StreamWeaver development workshop or equivalent and a minimum of six months active experience creating and/or maintaining StreamWeaver applications.

Objectives – Upon completion, the student will be able to:

• Make calls to external libraries
• Cleanse addresses and presort documents in accordance with USPS® CASS™ and PAVE™ regulations
• Create indexes that can be used by the StreamWeaver Reprint module as well as creating control files for runs of that module
• Parse data on a record basis, thereby allowing StreamWeaver to handle non-print stream files or nonstandard data
• Use the Variables Tag group to populate data on page layouts

VeriMove

This course will teach you how to comply with the USPS® Move/Update requirement.

• Describe the Move/Update requirements of the USPS®
• Understand installation and certification requirements for VeriMove and National Change of Address^Link™ (NCOA^Link™)
