Thomas Cook Ticket
Group 1’s CCM solutions were used to create Thomas Cook’s ticket, a component of a comprehensive travel package containing all relevant customer information such as ticket, itinerary, lodging, and voucher information.
This extremely helpful, all-inclusive tool has elevated customer satisfaction.

Zooming and Panning

You may also click the title of the call out in the call out description area do itentify that section on the document. The page will move to show this location in the "Page Width" and "Detail Zoom" view settings.

- A handy table of contents helps customers quickly get to the information they need.
- General Vacation Info
- Page 2 contains general information about the vacation including who is traveling, luggage weight allowances, the dates of travel and the hotels involved.
