Pitney Bowes Service Invoice
When Pitney Bowes set out to simplify and improve their customer invoices, they turned to their own business unit, Group 1 Software. Leveraging CCM technologies and professional services, the company cut statement production costs by over $1 million a year and doubled customer satisfaction with their statement design. On a customer survey taken post-redesign, 80% of customers polled rated the new statements as “excellent” or “very good.”
PB Service Invoice Before
The original invoice used pre-printed template paper and relied on careful placement of fixed-width text for formatting. This reduced flexibility and made the document harder to read.
