Mail2000 Invoice
Mail2000 expedites the production and induction of First Class® mail into the U.S. postal system. In most cases, Mail2000 can assure induction into the postal system within 48 hours of receiving updated data. The company meets this commitment by leveraging six nationwide production facilities and by using DOC1 for document composition. DOC1 generates print files, which Mail2000 sorts by ZIP Code®. This sorting allows Mail2000 to send the print file electronically to the production facility closest to the end recipient. The result? Bills, statements, and other time-critical documents are in the hands of customers up to 3-5 days sooner than with centralized printing.
