BKB Statement
The Basler Kantonalbank (BKB), bank of the Swiss canton Basel City, was looking for an output management solution to provide customers of Bank Coop (its subsidiary company) with a single overview of all of assets. Because they needed a solution that could provide fast data processing, easy handling, and trouble-free integration, BKB chose Group 1 Software’s DOC1 Designer/Generate/Print and Data Flow solutions.
The new solution displays all customer-relevant Bank Coop account data on accounts, depots, loans, mortgages, assets, and more, to indicate securities portfolios according to dealing currencies. Asset allocation and graphic statements of assets and liabilities are also provided in the statements. Group 1’s Bank Coop statement solution also readily accommodated corporate layout and branding requirements. Access statements of assets and liabilities can be delivered to customers in paper format, by fax, or electronically by email as a PDF file. Numerous documents can be dispatched simultaneously whenever needed. Statements can also be generated in German.
