The Story
Under constant pressure from county legislators and citizen ratepayers to keep control of its costs, managers of this utility were able to achieve substantial savings after implementing Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software’s DOC1 and e2 solutions. By combining high-throughput production of bills, archiving of customer data and online account management, the utility was able to vastly accelerate its billing and payment cycle while lowering costs of customer service.
