Address Quality Hub™ Helps Mitigate Costs
Customer response to the Address Quality Hub™ solution has been very positive. Customers, concerned about the impact of higher rates from the R2006-1 Rate Case and mandated DPV™ impact from the CASS™ Cycle L, have engaged Group 1 Software to help mitigate these costs with the Address Quality Hub™.
With the Rate Case hitting as early as May 2007, and CASS Cycle L going into effect August 1, 2007, many customers anticipate an impact in the millions of dollars. This impact will be distributed across all types of mailing applications, with no new solutions available for several months.
Reduce UAA Mail & Increase Discounts
To date, over 53 million records from over 35 customers have run through the Address Quality Hub™ benchmarking program. On average, customers have seen an uplift in ZIP + 4® failures of 18 percent (and as much as 37 percent) and an increase in DPV non-confirms of 26.1 percent (also as high as 37 percent).
As part of these no-charge benchmarking projects, Group 1 ran customer sample files and returned performance results and financial benefits that included discount recovery and reduction in UAA mail from uplifted and corrected addresses.
Promising Results With Minimal Impact
Due to these promising results, many customers are considering deployment of the Address Quality Hub™ when they roll out their CASS Cycle L versions of CODE-1 Plus® or Finalist® in April or May. Since the Address Quality Hub™ is accessed through existing CASS products, adding this technology is low impact to existing customer environments and is accommodated in their existing IT project planned for the new CASS releases.
Complete the Benchmarking Study Now!
Group 1 Software recommends that customers contact their sales executive to complete the benchmarking study as soon as possible. This is vital in evaluating and adding this technology to the upcoming CASS upgrade, thereby minimizing the financial impacts of the Rate Case and DPV.
