NCOALink® and SuiteLink™ — What You Need to Know

Recently, there has been confusion around SuiteLink requirements for NCOALink customers. The USPS® has clarified their previous statements, and the critical details are as follows:

  • NCOALink Full Service Provider Licensees are required to offer SuiteLink services
  • SuiteLink is still optional for both NCOALink Limited and End Users
  • DPV™ and LACSLink™ are required for all users of NCOALink
  • NCOALink Full Service Provider Licensees will obtain the SuiteLink product directly from the USPS
  • NCOALink Licensees must use CASS Certified™ Address Matching Software for all standardized ZIP + 4® coded input addresses to query the SuiteLink product. Please note, the SuiteLink System cannot be run as part of a standalone process
