Implementing CASS™ Parameter Changes
Users of CASS software wonder what actual changes are needed to meet the new CASS processing standards.
- The batch use of DPV™ and LACSLink™ has been in the Group 1 Software CASS coding engines for nearly two years.
- The majority of changes experienced by the user are based
on the requirement for DPV and LACSLink processing.
- As testing continues, more information will be available.
- For the CASS products, the referential databases, DPV and LACSLink, need to be loaded.
- For CODE-1 Plus®, users need to implement the DPVIN and DPVOUT parameters, as well as the LACSLink and AM2OUT parameters. The MAILER parameters are required to identify, contact, and inform in the event a false positive seed is encountered.
- Finalist® controls are managed through the Configuration File by simply turning on the DPV and LACSLink options.
