Coinciding with a search to personalize their customer service, Maxcom decided to update the billing process for their residential sector. The company wanted a more dynamic and flexible way to create customer bills. Specifically, the ability to customize documents and include advertising based on customer market segment. The timeframe for this goal was tight, to say the least. Maxcom needed development, implementation, and delivery of the new residential bill within 12 weeks.
