Tracking Sex Offenders
This paper addresses the efforts being waged by federal, state and law enforcement agencies throughout the U.S. to provide citizens with sex-offender information they can use to protect children from victimization. It also examines the efficiency and accuracy of existing data analysis and reviews new methodologies in crime mapping that are advancing public safety.
