e2 Pay Features and Benefits

Single-point Execution Eliminates Redundancies.

You won’t need to build and maintain two applications–one for paper bills and one for e-bills. Now document design, data access and business logic can be executed once–allowing you to create both printed and web documents simultaneously. You can coordinate marketing messages and campaigns for both paper-based and electronic channels using a single design environment. And by accepting a direct data feed from the billing system, e2 Pay eliminates print scraping and reduces errors and costs.

Customer-driven Flexibility

e2 Pay allows you to empower customers with choice. Flexible payment options include pay now, scheduled payment, partial payment, and auto-pay with amount limits; and customers can manage and change these options at anytime. e2 Pay processes a range of payer-defined funding accounts, including ACH, and credit card transactions. Customers receive automatic e-mail notification of successful or failed payments and past due accounts.

Automatic Update of Accounts Receivable Data

e2 Pay maintains core system in sync with activity on the web. CSRs only have to go to one place to retrieve payment information.

e2 Pay can update your core payment system with payments that were received on the web. This allows the core system to disseminate information about web payments through normal channels. CSRs, and other systems dealing with payments, will be able to see the web payments along side other payments.

Multi-channel Tracking

e2 Pay provides a fully audited payment warehouse with tracking and history, as well as cash forecasting to assure timely and accurate processing. Payers can view their payment history regardless of how each payment was made, combining e2 Pay’s electronic payments with mailed or hand-delivered remittances and other payment methods.

Built-in CSR Controls

With e2 Pay, CSRs can manage and administer payments at every step of the process–including stop payments and report generation. The system also provides encrypted payment account information for secure access.

Vendor-Choice on Processors

Vendors can take advantage of existing bank and credit card processor relationships. The Presentment System allows the vendor to choose the payment processor they would like to use, so they can leverage existing relationships with their bank and credit card processor. For example, if a vendor already accepts credit card payments via the mail, they can use that same processor to accept credit card payments over the web.
