Expanded Access to Change of Address Data
VeriMove™ interfaces with the new USPS® NCOALink™ database, expanding your access to change of address data for up to 48 months. NCOALink™ also provides access to descriptive return codes for more detailed information and highlights out-of-country moves. VeriMove™ can work with all levels of USPS® NCOALink™ data to support Full Service Providers, Limited Service Providers and End User NCOALink licensed customers. For End User and Limited Service Provider, VeriMove™ also supports the new USPS® ANKLink product that provides enhanced move data beyond 18 months. This boosts deliverability of all mailings, including marketing campaigns and reduces expensive returned mail costs. Most importantly, it can help you retain and maintain contact with customers.
Business Integration
VeriMove™ is optimized to integrate seamlessly into customer’s business processes. VeriMove™ can read customer data records in virtually any format and utilizes the unique “scan line” technology to even read this data in free form text. Users can define many “jobs” for multiple data formats within the company. VeriMove™ then produces updated files in customer required formats to update customer name and address. Finally VeriMove™ can be scheduled to run unattended with a variety of tools. All of these capabilities allow customers to quickly begin realizing the benefits of better address quality with lower cost of operation.
Easy-to-Use Graphical User Interface
VeriMove™ provides an easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI) so you can process address changes in a Windows environment. VeriMove™ also operates on other high-end system environments including IBM Mainframe and various Unix systems.
VeriMove™ incorporates an internal CASS-certified™ software solution that provides address validation, correction and standardization. This can help you more accurately identify matches with the Move Update process
In-house Security and Confidence
With VeriMove™ all sensitive customer data stays in-house, accessible and secure. No waiting for outsourced updates, which may have data that is weeks or months out of date, creating a delay between address updates and customer mailings.
USPS® Compliance
VeriMove™ is a USPS® certified product that allows customers to qualify for postal discounts through Move Update compliance. Companies taking discounts without qualification are subject to paying back discounts and additional penalties. VeriMove™ produces all required USPS® reports and allows customers to update their records also required for compliance.
