The Software Evaluation and Recognition Program (SERP) evaluates and recognizes presortation software products and assesses their ability to meet CPC’s Presortation Technical Specifications by determining the software’s accuracy in sorting address file(s). Only mailers with recognized software may take advantage of presort incentive rates.

Approved for USPS Global Direct–Canada Programs
SortStream Canada™ works in conjunction with Global Direct and allows you to send advertising and publications through the United States Postal Service with the appearance of Canadian domestic mail. This program provides more convenient, cost-effective and timely delivery of advertising, marketing and periodical materials to Canada. With this service, you can use the USPS to accept, transport, and deposit advertising mail and publications directly into the Canadian domestic mailstream, using either a US or Canadian identity on your advertising mail.
Presorts National Delivery Guide, BookMail, and Catalogue Mail
In addition to supporting the NDG presorts, SortStream Canada™ can handle other complex sorting schemes such as BookMail and Catalogue Mail. SortStream Canada™ automatically calculates piece attributes and mailing entry optimization to maximize postal discounts and streamline production processes.
Optimizes Monotainers and Pallets
SortStream Canada™ allows you to package and arrange mail pieces in various bulk delivery container types, such as monotainers and pallets.
