CDQ Platform for Siebel™ Architecture
The integration architecture of the CDQ Platform for Siebel™ is a server-based solution that supports Siebel™ Web, dedicated web, and mobile clients. Data cleansing may be enabled for business addresses, personal addresses, and prospect addresses. De-duplication may be enabled for accounts, contacts, business addresses, personal addresses, and prospects. Settings are global for interactive mode and are able to be unique for each created batch job. Settings for the CDQ Platform are managed using the options manager within Siebel™ and the Pitney Bowes Group 1 Management Console, a GUI that resides on the Siebel™ Application Server. The architecture supports interactive (real-time) and batch data quality processing.
