Global Address Verification
CDQ On Demand validates, corrects and formats addresses for 230 countries. Verification occurs in real-time at the point of customer contact, while the opportunity exists to capture correct information. The solution also corrects misspellings, adds missing data elements and performs address standardization–ensuring the on-time delivery of goods and services, fewer returns and improved customer satisfaction.
The CDQ On Demand address verification service is available via the standard API. This service accepts an address as input and provides a standardized address as output, automatically routing data to the appropriate address cleansing engine based on country.
Telephone Appends
CDQ On Demand offers both phone append and reverse phone append. This functionality can help you maintain current and actionable business and consumer phone numbers.
- Phone append accepts a name (consumer or business) and partial address information and returns a full name, complete address, telephone number, and a confidence score. If the match is ambiguous, the technology can return up to five candidate matches ranked by confidence score.
- Reverse Phone Append accepts a telephone number and returns the corresponding name and address.
Geographic Enrichment
CDQ On Demand offers geographic intelligence based on the industry-leading GeoTAX™ and GeoStan™ solutions–pinpointing the exact location of a street address. This information can help direct customers to the nearest physical location, such as a retail outlet, and assign tax jurisdictions for the most precise calculation and collection of sales tax.

Integration support includes test accounts, test servers (with a limited number of free transactions), up-to-date documentation with sample code that you can cut and paste, and the technical support you need to get up and running quickly. CDQ On Demand also supports encryption via HTTPS.
