Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF), a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM)-enabling software solutions, today announced that Ireland's Esat has implemented its DOC1 customer relationship communications system to speed bill generation. Esat, Ireland's largest provider of voice, data, Internet and networking services for the business market, is utilizing DOC1 to develop personalized bills for over 125,000 customers.

Esat provides a comprehensive range of telecommunication services for the market from consumers to small and medium enterprises to high-end corporate users. Customer demand, market competition and the broad range of services dictate flexibility in bill presentation. DOC1 enables Esat to adapt bill presentation as frequent as necessary to meet changing requirements, charging mechanisms and services. The DOC1 integration with Lucent's Arbor BP Billing System has further simplified and speeded the process of invoice production.
