Group 1 Promotes Elizabeth Walter to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, DOC1
Lanham, MD — Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF) announced today that Elizabeth Walter has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of its DOC1 Division. Ms. Walter has been with Group 1 for over ten years and previously was Vice President, North American Sales for the division.
In her new position, Ms. Walter will be responsible for the division's sales and marketing throughout North, Central, and South America. The DOC1 Division develops software solutions that enable businesses to produce high-impact, customer-focused documents quickly and easily for print, fax, e-mail and Web delivery.
"Elizabeth Walter has been instrumental in the tremendous success of DOC1 and the entire division," said Al Slater, General Manager of the DOC1 Division. "She has been a leader in the rapid development of the division and spearheaded our recent and effective expansion into Latin America. While she will continue to direct our sales activities, Elizabeth will now add responsibility for the marketing of our products in the Americas."
