Universal Conversion Technologies Adds Group 1 Data Quality Software to its Data Integration Solution
UCT incorporates Group 1's Address Correction Technology Into Its Industry-Leading Software Portfolio
LANHAM, MD — Group 1 Software today announced an agreement whereby UCT will incorporate Group 1's CODE 1 Plus address verification software as a key component of their client data integration and consolidation solution. Group 1 Software is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. and UCT is the recognized expert in insurance industry data conversions.
Many corporations that have relied on multiple data systems to provide critical information, manage transactions and deliver many other critical business functions are now consolidating these systems. The insurance industry is particularly active in these consolidations, which often require the conversion of files from numerous formats into a single format.
Universal Conversion Technologies automates the analysis process and balances, maps and transforms client data from legacy systems that need to be updated or consolidated. As the quality of the underlying data has a major impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of these systems however, UCT can now include Code 1 Plus to cleanse the data before it is merged into one system for more efficient and effective communication.
