Kansas City Water Services Department Selects
Group 1's DOC1 Digital to Generate Customer
Communications for Print and Web Delivery


Utility To Implement DOC1 Digital for Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP)

Lanham, MD — Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF), a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM)-enabling software solutions, today announced that the Kansas City, Missouri Water Services Department has selected its DOC1 Digital customer communications solution. The Kansas City Water Services Department will utilize the DOC1 Digital system to generate print and electronic customer communications for delivery to its 170,000 customers. DOC1 Digital is a member of the DOC1 suite for customer communications management, which permits enterprise-wide creation and management of highly personalized customer communications and messaging campaigns for multi-channel delivery.
