Suite Now Enables Enterprise-wide Creation and Management of Highly Personalized Customer Communications

The comprehensive DOC1 suite permits enterprise-wide creation and management of highly personalized customer communications and messaging campaigns for multi-channel delivery. Now, in addition to its core document composition and messaging capabilities, the DOC1 suite has been extended for use across the enterprise. New DOC1 suite components include:
DOC1 Marketer, which combines powerful campaign management with sophisticated data mining techniques and one-to-one messaging. DOC1 Marketer provides Web-based access to enriched customer data for ad-hoc queries and visual analysis. This insight, coupled with predictive modeling, enables business marketers to create highly targeted, breakthrough messaging campaigns. Consequently, marketers can cross-sell relevant products and services with pinpoint accuracy, retain high-value customers, build stronger customer relationships and acquire new customers cost-effectively.
DOC1 Digital, which is a fully integrated solution to generate dynamic customer communications for print and electronic delivery and payment. The solution natively composes HTML and PDF for electronic delivery, thus eliminating the need to transform legacy print applications for Web-enablement. Furthermore, DOC1 Digital offers powerful enrollment and payment processing technology, including electronic submission, processing and settling of bills, flexible payment choices, and posting to accounts receivable systems when payments occur.
DOC1 Interactive, which enables business users to create personalized, professional correspondence such as contracts, letters and policies quickly and easily. Front-office employees can author one-to-one business correspondence through a managed Microsoft Word environment for delivery via print, e-mail, or Web browser. DOC1 Interactive automatically populates fields from multiple data sources, eliminating manual key entry and its associated errors. This innovative solution is used by a variety of health care, insurance, publishing and financial services companies to reduce the turnaround time for insurance claims, loan applications and sales and marketing mailings.
DOC1 Print, which integrates post-processing capabilities with address correction and validation through Group 1's CODE-1 Plus and postal presorting through the company's MailStream Plus. DOC1 Print offers the maximum in postal discounts and streamlined print and mail operations.
