Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF), a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM)-enabling software solutions, today announced that the integration between its data quality and de-duplication solutions and Siebel eBusiness Applications version 6 has been successfully validated by Siebel Systems. Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEBL) is the world's leading provider of eBusiness applications software.

The Group 1 Data Quality Connector for Siebel eBusiness Applications provides accurate, consolidated customer and prospect data in both batch and interactive modes by verifying address information and merging duplicate records. Siebel Systems provides an integrated family of eBusiness applications software enabling multichannel sales, marketing and customer service systems to be deployed over the Web, call centers, field, reseller channels, retail and dealer networks. With this validation, customers of Siebel Systems and Group 1 can verify and correct address data for the United States and over 220 countries and dependencies worldwide. Address data quality enhances customer understanding while increasing target marketing effectiveness, solidifying customer relationships and permitting accurate delivery of goods and services.
