Group 1 Software Names Tim Waggoner Chief Technology Officer
Lanham, MD — Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF), a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM)-enabling software solutions, today announced that Tim R. Waggoner has been appointed to the newly created position of corporate chief technology officer. Mr. Waggoner, a nine-year employee of Group 1 Software, has served as the chief technology officer for the company's Enterprise Solutions division since 1999. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and coordinating the company's technology direction and assisting where possible in its implementation.

Since joining Group 1, Mr. Waggoner has served in a number of technical management positions. He has nearly twenty years experience in the software industry. In his spare time, he also serves as chief technology analyst for Humanvision Technology Ventures LLC, a local technology incubation program.
